During this workshop you will:
• Learn about the 7 Chakras and their role in emotional and energetic balance
• Explore the Heart Chakra (Anahata) — its symbol, color, and meaning
• Discover how yoga and breathwork support heart-centered awareness
The experience includes a 75-minute Hatha Yoga practice followed by a deeply relaxing restorative Savasana with meditation, accompanied by a curated playlist and a subtle essential oil blend.
